Beginning eight weeks prior to your wedding, I will assist you in creating a detailed timeline for your vendors and answer any questions you may have overlooked. I am on site at your wedding for up to 10 hours, with minor décor set-up is included, and I’m here to manage your big day.
The ideal package for couples who are using a full service venue, with on-site staff, a few outside vendors, and who want peace of mind their investment will be taken care of. I am hired to ensure you aren’t bothered with any last-minute questions, and of course, keep everything on schedule, so you can sit back, relax and enjoy your day!

Olivia is hands down the reason why our wedding went as seamlessly as it did. My husband and I hired Olivia Fata for our day of coordinator of our wedding last month and we could not say enough good things about her since the moment we first met her! Olivia was everything you could possibly hope for in an event planner. She was extremely professional, knowledgable, and very easy to get along with. Olivia was at our rehearsal the night before and was instantly jumping in helping me with little things before I got to them, she has a sixth sense for what needs to be accomplished. She is also so easy going and approachable but willing to switch into "mom mode" when she needed to get people in order (she wrangled our rowdy groomsmen which is not an easy task).
